HOW DOES THE ELISENDRA GIFT CARD WORK?
- Select the amount of your Gift Card.
- If you want to decide the amount of the Gift Card yourself , simply enter it in the " Enter the personalized value of your Gift Card " section.
- Enter the Gift Card recipient's details.
- You can also write a personalized message to the recipient.
- Choose whether to send the Gift Card immediately by clicking on "Send Now" or schedule it for a specific date by clicking on "Schedule".
- Add your Gift Card to the cart and proceed to payment.
HOW TO USE THE ELISENDRA GIFT CARD?
To take advantage of your gift, the recipient of the Gift Card must enter the Gift Card number in the " Discount Code " section when purchasing an Elisendra product.
In the event that the recipient uses only part of the Gift Card, he or she will be able to use the remaining part for a second Elisendra purchase.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE REMAINING CREDIT OF THE GIFT CARD?
To check your remaining credit, simply visit THIS PAGE and enter the Gift Card code.
HOW LONG IS THE GIFT CARD VALID FOR?
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the time of issue.

Product: The internal lining is completely renewed, it is light in color and studded with Elisendra® logos. The old rectangular zips have been replaced with sinuous logoed zip pullers. Packaging: Elisendra® logoed dustproof cloth bag and adhesive nylon polybag to protect the model.
USEFUL INFORMATION
The accessories included in the purchase (such as shoulder straps with studs, adjustable and/or chain ones and shoulder straps), for greater product protection and packaging optimization, are inserted inside the bag itself.

HOW AN SHIPMENT WORKS
If you want to check where your order is in real time, click on "Track my order" . For shipments we rely on the BRT express courier, which allows us to send the orders we receive throughout Italy in 24/48 working hours (48 working hours for Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia) and in Europe in 3/4 /5 working days, Monday to Friday. Shipping costs for Italy are always free for orders whose value exceeds €69; however, there will be a small commission of €5 for orders whose value does not exceed €69. Shipments to be made outside Italy will be the responsibility of the customer: the commissions will be added directly to the price of the bag. We also offer the possibility of delivering your order to a Fermopoint of your choice, at no additional cost and with the same timing as above. However, this service is only available in Italy.
HOW A RETURN WORKS
We at Elisendra® apply the "NoProblem Return" solution. If you change your mind about a color or model, you will have the possibility of carrying out one of the following three return procedures: replacement, refund or coupon, no later than 14 days. from when you receive your item.

What is the "FERMO POINT"?
It's totally free and convenient. If for any reason you are not able to wait for the courier at home, select (fermo Point) during the purchase phase, at the end of your order a window will automatically open with all the Fermo Points closest to you, we will send your parcel at the stop point you selected. Finally, the collection confirmation will be sent to you via SMS and you will have 10 days to go and collect your package.
