Product guarantees
All products sold by Elisendra® are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects in conformity and/or production, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002. The 24-month warranty is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form)
Our guarantee will be valid only on purchases made directly on our channels and the order number and name of the customer who made the purchase and request will be provided.
In the event of a lack of conformity and/or production, the customer may proceed with the same methods illustrated in the "Return Procedures" section; furthermore, if desired, the customer will also have the possibility of requesting the repair of the purchased item that presents a lack of conformity and/or production.
Shipping costs related to the return to the company of a product that presents a defect of conformity and/or production will be covered by Elisendra®.
Repair
The customer, if he wishes, may request the repair of the purchased item which presents a defect of conformity and/or production.
The service is provided for a fee for items no longer covered by warranty (see return procedures paragraph) at a cost of 25 euros including shipping costs.
Where it is not possible to restore the conformity of the item, Elisendra® will replace the item in question with the same model that does not present defects of conformity and/or production.
Elisendra® undertakes to ship the repaired or replacement item within 14 working days of receipt of the item in question at the company. Delivery times are the same as those indicated in the product sheets of the items, i.e. 24/48 working hours for Italy (48 working hours for Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia) and between 3 and 5 working days for abroad.
Important : Items are subject to normal deterioration due to the seasonality of fashion products and such types of wear are therefore not to be considered as defects in conformity and/or production.
THE brand
The Elisendra® brand was born in 2019 from Designer Pablo Baldini's decades of experience in the fashion and leather goods sector. After having created leather bags and belts for the most famous international fashion houses (including Prada Milano, Armani, Bulgari and Burberry), Pablo decides to gather all his experience and creativity to give life to his lines, thus creating the White Angel Srl company, based in Florence, parent company of the Elisendra® brand. White Angel, in addition to the Elisendra® brand, produces and designs bags for other national and international brands.
Pablo's synergy with his wife Martina allows the company to grow and make itself known in the world of Italian fashion. Martina and Pablo manage the team together in order to give the customer a unique and satisfying experience, both within the site and during pre- and post-sales.
One of the strengths of the Elisendra® brand is the exclusivity of the articles: the official Elisendra® lines, with its iconic models, can be found exclusively on the website www.elisenda.com. All models are designed, tested, modified and developed within the company. Another strong point of Elisendra® is the customization of the items, being able to mix them together or embellish them with various accessories to change their look.
